Mrs. Reisman

Hi!  My name is Kelly Reisman and I am a graduate of Bolivar-Richburg Central School.  Upon graduating, I joined the United States Army Reserves.  During my time in the reserves, I met a variety of people, travelled, and deployed to Iraq.  After nine years in the service, I got out so that I could focus on my career and family.

I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Art Education from Florida State University (Go Seminoles!).  I also have a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from SUNY Oswego.

My experiences in teaching have helped me build a strong instructional foundation.  I spent a year teaching Special Education in Hawaii and for five years I taught elementary art (K-6th grade) in Fulton, NY.  I also taught high school students (9-12 grade) in the Alternate Education Program.

I have two of the most adorable furr babies.  Our dogs are Mac (a German Shepherd) and Gus Gus McNaughty (a Westie).  When I am not teaching you might find me walking my dogs, painting, running, or doing home DIY projects.
